Bryan Denington

Bryan, who has known Taunton since 1950, lives in Killams & Mountfield, is married to Joan and has four children and eight grandchildren. He holds a degree in Chemistry from Exeter University and is experienced in trade and commerce.

Now retired, he has been Councillor for the Ward for the past eight years and during this time has been Chairman of the Community Leadership Panel.

Catherine Herbert

Catherine aged 35, has lived in the Ward sine 1995 and is married to a Marine.  She has 2 children who both attend Trinity Primary School where she is an active member of the PTA.

Catherine who works in Taunton has involved herself with local issues through the South Road Area Residents Association.  She would like to see more young people in the Council so that the local community is better represented.

Bryan’s and Catherine’s objectives are to :

· Protect the Vivary Wedge

· Work for  bus shelters at every inward stop

· Try to ensure that the Mobile Phone mast is moved from its present site

· Maintain the clean, well kept appearance of the Ward
