Tony, who has lived in Milverton for 8 years, was Chief Executive of the Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution having previously been in the Army.
He is an enthusiastic supporter of Milverton as Chairman of Victoria Rooms Management Committee, Secretary of the Milverton Trust and has recently been invited to join the Milverton Court Leet. He found that he lacked the skills to become a Bell Ringer at St Michael’s Church!
Outside of Milverton, he is a Trustee of the Exmoor Trust, a member of the Somerset committee of the Army Benevolent Fund. With his wife, he started the Taunton branch of Epilepsy Action.

Tony’s objectives are:
· Care for the elderly · Encourage Council Tax increases not to be more than the rate of inflation and preferably less · Support Project Taunton which will provide more employment particularly for younger people · Encourage affordable housing schemes in the right environment · Promote and encourage schemes to reduce unnecessary traffic through villages · Listen to the concerns and needs of local people
