Norton Fitzwarren—your local Conservative Councillors

Ken Hayward Mayor of Taunton Deane
|
Ken has worked hard as your District Councillor over the last four years putting the village first and making the fight for its future his top priority, and will continue to do so as the new houses start to go up. He has recently been elected as Mayor of the Borough of Taunton Deane.
Jean is of like mind and led the project on producing the Parish Plan and Village Design Statement.
Ken & Jean support the Conservatives, but believe passionately in their community, Norton Fitzwarren. Both have already demonstrated that they have enough independence to speak out without fear or favour when the needs of Norton require it.
Ken & Jean are both local - both born in Taunton. Ken has lived with his family in the village for the last 23 years. Jean has lived here for the last 5 years, and can trace her roots back to her great-grandparents who used to live at Fitzroy. Both are active members of the Parish Council and on the Village Hall Committee.
With planning permission granted for the Cider Factory site Ken & Jean believe that as a village we have turned a corner. There is now a great opportunity to improve the quality of life in Norton, and they are right behind that opportunity, listening to you and working for you.
